How long will the shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the place of delivery. Generally, your order should arrive within 5 business days, although most orders arrive earlier. If you have any questions about how long it will take for your order to arrive, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that orders placed after 2PM on Friday will not ship until Monday.
How do I track my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to ship due to processing time.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer standard ground shipping on all orders shipped to the Contiguous USA. We also offer expedited shipping on most of our products, choosing the option during check out.
When will my order be processed?
All orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12pm on weekdays and anytime on weekends / holidays will ship no later than two business days from the date of purchase. If you take advantage of our free ground shipping, your order will arrive in 2-5 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation email. If you choose expedited shipping, your order will arrive within 2 business days of placing your order.
What shipping couriers do you use?
We currently ship with Fedex and USPS.
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the next business day and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
The shipping methods offered during payment will differ depending on your shipping address and the number of items ordered.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 contiguous states in the US. Unfortunately, we are not shipping to the non-contiguous states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all other off-shore insular areas, such as American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Guam and Puerto Rico at this time, but we keep working on delivering our wipes to more territories every day.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO and FPO addresses at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Sorry, we don't. We ship primarily with Fedex and so we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address.
How can I edit my shipping address?
All changes to the shipping address can be made in the My Account section. You will have the option to select a new default shipping address or add an additional address.
Remember that subscription orders will be shipped to your default address. If you want to ship to a different location, be sure to update the default shipping address before your next ship date. Customer Service cannot redirect packets once they start processing. To redirect a package that is already in transit, please contact us at email@example.com and provide all the details.
Do you have any shipping restrictions?
Due to security restrictions of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the following items containing regulated materials cannot be shipped by air (2 days, standard overnight): alcohol wipes, hand sanitizer gel, and sanitizer spray for hands.
Any restrictions will be sent during the payment process, if applicable.
